Sharing Summary GWAS Data

Following a recent paper by Homer et al [PLoS Genet. 4, e1000167 (2008)] there remains much debate, and some frustration, circulating in the community about how we can optimally and safely share summary-level genetic association data.

These issues need to be tackled head on - not least by working out and publishing some unambiguous answers to certain key questions.

With such an aim in mind, this invite-only forum is provided to help a collaborating core group of individuals discuss the issues and suggest solutions.

We welcome your input as a key contributor to this very important field.
